Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
Reagency is committed to protecting your privacy. The policy below sets out what information we collect, why we collect it and how we use that information.  Reagency will not rent, sell or share your personal information with anyone. Our Privacy Policy details how your personal information is collected and how your personal information may be used.

2. Basic Information and Creating an Account
When you browse the Reagency website, we establish a minimal "user profile" for you on the Reagency website which is tracked via a cookie (see 'Cookies' section below). This contains basic information such as your institution, areas of interest, IP address and ISP host. If you decide to create an account with us, this profile is then associated with the email address you provide.

Creating an account with us means that you agree to be on our contact list so that we may notify you of details relating to your order.  We may also notify you when products within your nominated area(s) of interest are added to our website so that you don’t miss out on any deals.
You can update your account details by clicking on the 'sign in or register' links at the top of any page, including configuring the nature of contact from Reagency.

3. Data Security
The site incorporates physical, electronic, and administrative procedures to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information, including Secure Sockets Layer ("SSL") for all financial transactions through the site. We use SSL encryption to protect your personal information online, and we also take several steps to protect your personal information in our facilities. Access to your personal information is restricted. Only employees who need access to your personal information to perform a specific job are granted access to your personal information. Finally, we rely on third-party service providers for the physical security of some of our computer hardware. We believe that their security procedures are adequate. For example, when you visit the Site, you access servers that are kept in a secure physical environment, shielded by an electronic firewall. While we use standard industry precautions to safeguard your personal information, we cannot guarantee complete security. Complete 100% security does not presently exist anywhere online or offline.
