CS-11 is a novel inhibitor of PP2A–β-Catenin signalling that limits both in vivo tumor growth and metastases.  By inhibiting PP2A and β-Catenin interaction, Cs-11diminishes the expression of active β-Catenin and its target proteins c-Myc and Cyclin D1.  It also promotes E-Cadherin upregulation on the cell surface and increases β-Catenin and E-Cadherin association that may prevent metastases.
