SOLD OUT!! E-mail us at info@reagency.co if you are interested in this product.
SGSM41 is an aminothiazole-bridged heterocycle-containing soluble c-secretase modulator (SGSM). It potently inhibits the production of toxic Ab42 (IC50 = 115nM ) and to a lesser degree Ab40 (IC50 = 1229nM), while concomitantly increasing the generation of shorter amyloid-β peptide species such as Ab38 and Ab37. This is a useful tool in the study of Alzheimer’s disease.
